Middlebrook Pike United Methodist Church

For over 23 years our Middlebrook Pike United Methodist F.I.S.H. Food Pantry mission has provided groceries monthly for those in need in our community. Our FISH Pantry is led by volunteers and funded by donations.

The MPUMC F.I.S.H. Food Pantry workday is from 9 am – 12 noon on the 4th Friday of each month. This is when we serve our neighbors in the local community who call the FISH food help line (865-523-7900) or come to our church looking for emergency food to keep their families from being hungry at the end of the month.

We serve over 700 people, with 150 of them being children and over 10 being senior citizens.  MPUMC F.I.S.H. team also give out approximately 140 Snack bags to children between the ages of 2 and 17. We deliver bags of emergency food to 35 families across Knox County and on our F.I.S.H workday we have approximately 170 clients and their families who come to our church parking lot needing food.

We also give out food via the Blessing Box located in our church parking lot that is filled 2 times a day, 7 days a week.
